FAME is built off the principle of inspiring girls and women to reach their full potential both in and out of sport. To empower women of all ages and abilities to chase their dreams, and feel good while doing it!

The key message is all about How to Have Your Best Season Yet. Maybe that means making a higher level team, hitting a personal best, staying injury free or simply to have a fun year!

To achieve something you’ve never achieved before you’re going to have to do something you’ve never done before ..

And this is where I’m here to help!

At FAME, I take a whole-body approach to looking at you as an athlete helping you to:

To make you the best version of yourself both in and out of sport. The goal is to play sport and move for a lifetime. Adopting an athlete wellness vision will ensure you’re in it for the long haul.

  • Athlete Analysis Program

    This program is designed to take an athlete through a holistic, head to toe assessment with the goal of improving performance and playing pain free.

  • Sports Physiotherapy

    1 on 1 rehab for your sports or exercise related injuries or post- op needs to get you back to your game fast and better than before.

for the active starter

  • Teen Fitness Program

    This program is designed for girls aged 12-15 to learn how to move with confidence and pride. Over the span of 6 weeks, the program focuses on proper mechanics, various exercise techniques and workouts. In addition topics such as confidence, body image, nutrition and recovery are discussed. This is best suited for novice or intermediate exercisers.

  • Physiotherapy and Exercise Therapy

    1 on 1 rehab to help you get moving with ease. A heavy focus is placed on active movement and using exercise therapy to help build strength in your body so you can move through your day with confidence and resilience.
